Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily hotel operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
- Provide excellent guest relations and customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
- Assist with managing hotel staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with various departments, such as housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk, to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with revenue management strategies to maximize profitability and achieve financial goals.
- Support human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Assist with budgeting and financial planning to optimize resources and control costs.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and industry trends.
- Demonstrate leadership skills by providing guidance and support to the hotel team.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the hotel industry or related field is preferred.
- Strong guest services skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Knowledge of revenue management principles and practices.
- Familiarity with human resources processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial analysis.
