We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Food & Beverage professional to join the Champagne Bar management team. The ideal candidate must have 2-5 years of previous bar management experience and/or restaurant experience. Must be a self-starter, possess a positive attitude and be comfortable working alongside a team of Food & Beverage professionals. Candidate must possess passion for creating cocktails, managing inventories and elevate a beverage program.
They must be able to lead the department successfully, which includes problem resolution, disciplining and coaching of staff and overall leadership of the bar. Experience with and knowledge of mixology, wine and Italian cuisine.
