Duties:
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations of the store
- Manage and supervise store employees
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
- Monitor and maintain stock levels, including inventory management and ordering
- Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting
- Provide support in training and development of staff members
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Skills:
- Strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in basic math for cash handling and inventory management
- Excellent organizational skills to keep track of stock, schedules, and paperwork
- Good phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries or calls from corporate office
- Ability to work well in a team and lead by example
- Strong problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise
