- Must be customer service oriented and genuinely support and promote good resident/tenant relations and service
- Must have the ability to work independently, a willingness to learn, and good communication skills
- Must be willing to participate fully in staff meetings and designated training programs
- Must portray a clean, neat, well-groomed professional appearance
- Must be honest, trustworthy, enthusiastic, and team/project oriented
Experience Training and Education
- High School Diploma, or equivalent required
- Associates or bachelor's in business preferred
- Requires an occupationally significant combination of vocational education apprentice training on-the-job training and essential experience in less responsible hotel skill level and management positions.
