Help open and manage new restaurants and bar concepts in great location. Help facilitate the opening of two concepts in one space including hiring and training front of house staff of bartenders, hosts, runners and bussers.
Help ownership develop cocktail menus, wine lists and beer lists. This position will be second in line to ownership and all front of house employees will report to you.
Ensure quality and friendly service is delivered on a daily basis.
In addition to managing the beverage program, helping Interact with guests and manage floor staff on a nightly basis to ensure a positive guest experience.
Help management aid in tasks such as scheduling, hiring and firing, ordering and inventory, private events and more.
Help create new promotions and events to drive business.
Five day work week with a flexible schedule. Nights and weekends are a must.
