Job Responsibilities:
· Take an active role in the total management of our Jersey Mike's store, ensuring smooth operations and a positive dining experience.
· Maintain rigorous standards of quality control to uphold the brand's reputation.
· Manage store administration effectively and efficiently.
· Prepare and present accurate weekly and monthly reports.
· Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring friendly and attentive service.
· Foster a team-oriented atmosphere while building and maintaining a strong team.
· Develop and maintain staff schedules to ensure efficient labor utilization.
· Implement and refine store procedures to enhance operations.
· Manage ordering and inventory to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
· Conduct staff training to ensure employees are well-equipped to deliver top-notch service.
