The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, possess strong leadership skills, and have a keen eye for detail. As Assistant General Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, maintain high standards of service, and ensure the overall success of the restaurant.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in managing all aspects of the restaurant, including but not limited to staffing, training, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Lead by example, providing exceptional service and fostering a positive work environment for team
- Collaborate with the culinary team to uphold the quality and consistency of food and beverage offerings.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, implementing strategies to maximize revenue and control costs.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant to uphold health and safety standards.
- Stay informed about industry trends and implement best practices to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a high-volume restaurant environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including POS systems and inventory management software.
