The Historic Residence Inn of Hartford Ct has an immediate opening for an Assistant General Manager. This position oversees all operational aspects of the property, including hotel facility and grounds oversight, hotel operations, employee staffing & development, guest satisfaction, and other administration needs. The Assistant General Manager reports to the General Manager. The right candidate will be able to enhance employee performance, foster hospitality and sales, and control expenses.

Job Requirements:Two (2) Years Hotel Management Experience. Preferred Local Knowledge of Market a Plus. Passion to provide exemplary guest service. Ability to work a flexible schedule. Valid driver's license. Ability to read, write, and speak English. Proficiency with basic computer (PC) and office technology. Degree in Hotel or Hospitality Management a Plus.
