Assistant Director Of Food & Beverage

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as the Assistant Director of Food and Beverage. This position will oversee multiple outlets with an emphasis on Front of House for Bernie's Diner, TEN and Banquets.

The Northern Hotel has two restaurants each with their own unique menu and atmosphere, and a full-service Banquets and Catering Department.

Bernie’s Diner-a traditional diner with a modern twist, is a local favorite for breakfast and lunch.

TEN, the Northern’s fine dining restaurant and lounge, serves only dinner complimented by an extensive 350+ label wine list as well as craft cocktails in an elegant setting.

Banquets at the Northern provide food and beverage for private groups small and large.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
