- Have a direct caseload with a variety of client needs
- Training of life coaches / RBT based on client life and behavior plans
- Helping adults with autism and other neurodiversity live their very best adult life ages 18+
- Provide principles of ABA therapy programming in all setting including home, community and employment
- Teach social skills lessons as appropriate
- Collect data and implement customized adult life plans for each client
- Write individualized treatment plans for clients and tweak periodically to ensure progress on goals
- Train and promote Natural Environment Training in the home and in the surrounding greater communities: Adult living for clients.
- Train and oversee individual house coordinators
- Ongoing communication with parents including 3X a year Circle of Support Meetings
- Resolve crisis situations, step in as direct staff if necessary
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments
- Provide ongoing supervision for (potential and current) RBT and BCBA
- Promote 29 Acres and programs and overall mission. Be available for consultation with other programs for behavior needs

- Experience working with people with autism or other neurodiversity; 3+ years required
- Masters Degree required
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed required
- Experience working with adults preferred
- A commitment to show up everyday including reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Flexibility to think outside of the box in order to support your clients and staff to their fullest potential while maintaining ABA policies and procedures
- Availability for typical Monday - Friday schedule with shared rotating on-call responsibility
- Salary: Starting at $85,000.00 per year. Higher salaries are set based on years of experience, with competitive offers.
