We are working in a hybrid model and seeking a brilliant "A" player to lead our $1+ billion collections function.
The Role
The Assistant Director of Accounts Receivable leads the U.S. team responsible for securing collections of Firm invoices and supporting the Firm’s partners in the management of their Accounts Receivable inventory.
This an extremely visible role requiring a combination of leadership, collections expertise, customer service, talent management, financial analysis and innovation.

What You Will Be Doing
- Developing and executing strategies that enhance cash flow, reduce collection cycle times, maximize collections realization and ensure exemplary customer service
- Leading, training and mentoring your team
- Cultivating an inspiring culture that embodies collaboration and an unwavering excellence commitment
- Fostering strong working relationships with Firm partners, clients and administrative colleagues
- Establishing and achieving departmental targets, metrics and KPI’s
- Standardizing procedures for managing write-off requests, client refunds, trust accounts and unapplied funds
- Managing and optimizing team proficiency with financial systems
- Proactively recommending and implementing process, procedural and policy enhancements
- Advising on client arrangements; ensuring compliance with payment terms
- Collaborating with other administrative teams to address discrepancies and solve problems
- Leading projects and other tasks as assigned.
