JOB SUMMARY:

Performs all essential Accounts Payable-related duties for various Sports and interdepartmental Athletics units. Assists Associate AD/CFO and Assistant AD for Business Operations with ad hoc projects, as needed. Performs other duties as assigned.

JOB DUTIES:

40% - Essential - Oversee all Accounts Payable-related duties for various sports and interdepartmental Athletics units, including: approval of purchase requisitions, issuance of purchase orders, and invoice processing.
40% - Essential - Responsible for accounting duties for various sports and interdepartmental Athletics units, including but not limited to: procurement card approval and reconciliation, personal employee reimbursements, per diem card loads, and journal entries.
10% - Essential - Assist in budget reporting process that integrates monthly budget information with interactive dashboard. Assist with development of annual budget.
10% - Essential - Miscellaneous tasks, including but not limited to:
- Responsible for department's inventory management system
- Monitors Business Office email account for incoming/outstanding invoices
- Assist CFO and Assistant AD for Business Operations with ad hoc projects

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education - Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, business or related field and professional experience directly related, such as accounting, auditing, finance, or commercial lending.

Work Exp 1+ years

No Supervisory Duties - Not responsible for supervising employees.

Monitors Budget - Does not provide input but is responsible for monitoring the departmental budget and may oversee fund allocation.

WORK SCHEDULE:

Standard Hrs: 37.5; Expected pay range: ($ 45,530.00 - $ 55,000)

ESSENTIAL PERSONNEL LEVEL

Normal Operations
Required to follow emergency facility closure directives, and not normally expected work on-site during emergency situations.
