Job Description
Reports to: School Director
- Networks within the community to recruit new families; follows up with potentials; committed to reaching enrollment goals.
- Have consistent communication with future and currently enrolled families.
- Supports orientation and ongoing training.
- Promotes teamwork and enthusiasm; fosters a commitment to Celebree's mission, vision, and values.
- Documents effectively; consistent use of company tools/processes.
- Assists with planning and facilitation of monthly staff meetings.
- Greets family members by name; presents a positive and professional image.
- Ensures staff presents a professional image and upholds the Celebree dress code.
- Ensures exceptional customer service experiences, e.g., thorough, friendly tours; welcoming environment; accessibility for parents, phone calls, etc.; concerns addressed promptly.
- Assists in ensuring the School is consistently clean, neat, and organized and meets visual execution standards; recommends repair work as needed.
- Assists in supporting and leading new company initiatives; works with School Owner/Director to ensure adaptation of new programs, policies, and procedures.
- Ensures compliance with all federal & state laws, regulations, and Celebree standards and policies.
- Alternates with the School Director opens (6:30 a.m.) and closes (6:30 p.m.) daily.
- Assists in planning and supervising School field trips and programs; ensures curriculum is followed.
- Create, maintain, and complete child files; assist with classroom observations as needed.
- Completes all required paperwork and recordkeeping on a timely basis.
- Ensures School financials are up-to-date, accurate, and organized.
- Demonstrates accountability and initiative; identifies opportunities/goals for the school.
- Seeks professional development opportunities; stays current on new practices in the childcare and education industry.
- Preschool Lead Teacher, Infant Toddler, and school-age certification strongly preferred.
- Business and/or accounting experience as well as experience managing in childcare desired.
Specific Skills:
- Strong Computer skills, preferably Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of OCC licensing requirements is helpful.
