Position Summary
This position serves as an administrative officer in support of the college who is responsible for the identification, development and implementation of human resource strategic planning and annual goals, human capital management, and Human Resources policies and procedures. The Assistant Dean provides leadership and focus and exercises independent judgment in the performance of designated responsibilities.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
A minimum of a bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field required, Master's degree preferred
A minimum of 10 years' high level administrative experience required, including experience as a human resource administrator preferably in higher education administration. Certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) preferred.
Demonstrated leadership in the area of human capital management; compliance; analytical thinking; creativity and strong decision-making skills are also required, as well as a track record of success as a transformative leader.
Demonstrable knowledge of human resource policies and procedures and systems required.
Excellent oral and written communication skills are also required.
Experience/training in mediation and negotiation, and project management required.
