Summary
- Provide comprehensive financial information to senior leadership by evaluating, analyzing, and reporting appropriate data points.
- Assist with managing core finance processes/functions including accruals, general ledger, fixed assets, consolidation and managing the close process.
- Partner with CFO to develop financial and operating benchmarks, budgets, program monitoring and reporting standards. Develop and support financial/operations process improvements.
- Manage cost accounting and inventory processes.
- Assist with audit preparation work and lead the annual audit process.
- Train and mentor others in systems and processes.
Experience and Skills:
About You!
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA or CA designation preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in a senior level accounting or financial management role.
- Experience in the consumer goods industry; ideally in manufacturing and distribution.
- An excellent communicator with the ability to cross-collaborate and influence others.
- Financial modeling, industry regulation and proven financial management process.
- Experience and desire to embrace digital technology.
Salary: 95-100k
