- EXECUTION: Challenge the status quo by seeking opportunities for improvement, developing creative solutions to improve financial challenges and identifying the financial impact of operational changes. Analyze and understand business profitability, prepare forecasts, and review performance versus expectations.
- STRATEGY: With the Site Controller, develop appropriate financial goals and objectives that align with regional, sector and site strategies. Help drive actions in the site finance team to support regional initiatives, sector growth strategies and site processes. Guide Financial Analysts in application of strategies to customer accounts.
- FORECAST: Assist in preparation of financial statements by incorporating and summarizing customer results and site-level forecast items. Guide the site leadership team and customer focus teams in understanding of financial impacts. Provide guidance necessary to execute the business in a way that meets the financial goals of the site.
- COMPLIANCE: Review key site general ledger accounts to ensure accurate financial statement reporting. Have thorough understanding of all key general ledger account activities and balances, with knowledge of implications and drivers.

Provide to direct reports regular, candid feedback which includes both formal and informal performance evaluation, mentoring, personal and career development and career mapping. Grow talent and develop successors/new leaders for the Company.
- provide key coaching and development of their team to ensure consistency in processes, career development, summary of site/sector results, creation of dashboards with insight and continued improvement of the forecasting/close process.
- Support the Site Controller on business needs and is a key leader of the Finance team for future growth and fulfilling business needs.
- METRICS MANAGEMENT: Create and implement actionable reporting for sector/factory level. Develop monthly sector and customer reporting and distribute with actionable highlights, trends, and topics for improvement.
- CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT: Develops process consistency with Sector and Site Leaders to ensure the following of similar processes for forecasting, inventory analysis,
- PROCESS: This role is accountable for the implementation of processes for the site or customer finance teams.
- This role ensures the team has the capacity and bandwidth to implement new processes while ensuring existing processes are followed.
- This role leads operational finance execution for non-customer related activities.

- A minimum of a(n) Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration is required.
- 5 years of related experience is required; In addition, 5 years of progressive direct or indirect leadership of financial professionals is preferred.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.
Other Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Excel is required.
- Experience with or expertise in financial systems is strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent leadership, communication, collaboration and teamwork skills are essential.
- Data storytelling and converting data into insights are strongly preferred.
- The work setting should consist of an office environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and a low noise level.
