SalarySeeking an Assistant Controller for a vertically integrated real estate investment firm in NYC.
Responsibilities:
- All accounting is handled internally
- 6 person accounting team
- Looking to add a strong leader to the team to lead those below them (reporting structure will depend on hire)
- Reporting to the Founder and Head of Accounting
- All tenant payments come in through ACH, wire, etc. to their platform
- They are responsible for financial statements and monthly bank reconciliations
- The accounting platform they use is Timberline – experience with this or similar
- 5 days in office
