Neighborly Ventures is in search for an Assistant Community Manager to join our growing team at Cornerstone Apartments!

The salary range for this position is: $18.00-$23.00 per hour.

Compensation is based on geographic location and individual pay decisions will vary based on experience.

What you will do as the Assistant Community Manager

  • · Ensure you are providing the best resident experience in the world by resolving various operational and resident issues with an outward mindset and assist with the planning and execution of monthly resident events.
  • · Assist the Community Manager in ensuring implantation and adherence of operational performance standards by being a resource to the Leasing Specialist and Maintenance team.
  • · Complete all compliance training for OSHA and Fair Housing regulations.
  • · Be an expert in ResMan in order to complete property financials such as account receivables, monitor revenue based financials and assist the Community Manager with monthly financials, track community’s lease expirations and create weekly census.
  • · Conduct compliance audits of move in/out paperwork In conjunction with all applicable laws.
  • · Utilize Outward Mindset Tools to ensure a positive impact to your team and residents.
  • · Enhance your professional development by attending industry-related training seminars.

Education and experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Bilingual- Spanish (preferred)
  • 1-2 years of multi-family housing leasing experience.
  • 1-2 years of Fair Housing regulations knowledge.

Skills and Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Tenant Tech, Outlook, ResMan, AIRM, RealPage.
  • Valid Drivers License.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Create an environment in which employees want to do their best by leading and communicating the shared vision of Neighborly Ventures while having an outward mindset.
