We are currently seeking a full-time Assistant Community Manager. Following the Winona Lakes mission and values, the Assistant Community will assist in managing all daily operations of a private homeowner community. With the residents' needs top of mind, you will partner with the Community Manager to maintain the community to Winona Lake's standards, ensuring it is comfortable and safe.

Responsibilities

• Under the supervision of the Community Manager, the Assistant Community Manager is responsible for assisting in all phases of the operation of a property, including, but not limited to, the general administration and maintenance of the property.
• The Assistant Community Manager may also participate in budget preparation, control, and direction of all property resources.
• Maintain knowledge of all accounts payable and receivable procedures and assist the Community Manager with collections efforts.
• Coordinate with the property messaging system to retrieve messages and follow up with calls if necessary.
• Remain current with all applicable laws and regulations relating to homeowner associations and maintain knowledge of current company processes and procedures.
• Assist the Community Manager with purchasing supplies and equipment when necessary.
• Initiate, track, and close work orders utilizing property work order systems.
• Assist the Community Manager with other tasks and duties as required.

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience with homeowner association management
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Willing to complete a pre-hiring background check, including a drug screening.
• Professional appearance and the ability to resolve conflicts professionally.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 suite.
• Experience with Top One software is a plus.

Benefits

• The pay range for this position is $22 to $25/hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
• Paid time off, eleven (11) paid holidays.
• Health, Dental, and Vision insurance are effective after a 90-day probationary period.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
