A Community Association firm is seeking a part time assistant to the Community Association Manager. Assists with various forms of communication to owners, including emails, letters, and accounts receivable, etc. Provides assistance in document preparation, typing, formatting, organizing, filing, etc. Taking and following up on messages, assisting owners and working with vendors. Provides excellent customer service and detail orientated. Will also need to have experience with Quick-books Pro Desktop. Aspiring and current Community managers are encouraged to apply!
Paid time off and paid educational courses are provided. Office hours are 9AM to 2 PM.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
