*Coaches starting after the beginning of the season receive a prorated rate.

Benefit Eligibility:
- Insurance: This coaching position alone is not eligible for insurance. If combined with another position, including substituting, an employee anticipated to work at least 630 hours in a school year is eligible for medical, dental, vision, long-term disability, basic life insurance, and accidental death and dismemberment insurance.*
- Retirement Plans: This position is eligible for a 403(b) TSA Retirement Savings Plan.
- Paid Holidays: This position is not eligible for paid holidays.
- Paid Time Off: This position is not eligible for paid time off.
*Snoqualmie Valley School District benefits are administered by the Washington State Healthcare Authority (HCA) under the School Employees Benefits Board (SEBB). Eligibility for benefits is determined by the number of hours employees are anticipated to work during the school year (September 1 through August 31). Any employee who is scheduled to work 630 hours or more for SVSD in a school year, including substitute work, is eligible for benefits. Eligibility will be re-established at the start of each school year.
