Assistant Cfo

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant/Assistant CFO to join our finance team. As a Junior Accountant/Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the financial operations of our organization. Responsibilities:
- Assist with month-end close activities, including preparing journal entries and reconciling balance sheet accounts
- Perform financial analysis and assist in the preparation of financial reports
- Support accounts receivable functions, including invoicing and collections
- Assist with regulatory reporting requirements and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
- Participate in the preparation of annual financial statements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Assist with technical accounting research and provide recommendations for improvements
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the finance department

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Strong understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
- Proficiency in Business Central or similar accounting software
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze financial data
- Ability to perform balance sheet reconciliations accurately
- Solid understanding of financial analysis techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
