We are looking for an Assistant Account Executive to join our team to provide all around support for a variety of clients. This junior opportunity will give you the chance to learn from the best and work on many different channels of media.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university
- Detail aptitude required

- Technical Skills
- Exhibit proficiency with Microsoft Office

Responsibilities
- Provide support to Account Executives, Account Supervisors, and Associate Directors
- Assist in OOH planning and buying process
- Gather competitive activity in the marketplace
- Resolve billing discrepancies and provide any other support needed to expedite the billing process
- Gather and compile completion photos
- Maintain media library and ensure vendor information is current
- Attend internal and external presentations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OOH sales representatives
- Keep abreast of industry trends
Compensation Range: $40,000 - $45,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
