Westward360 is seeking an experienced Asset Manager for its maintenance division located in Woodstock, IL. W360 offers a wide range of services, including property management, maintenance, leasing and brokerage. Our maintenance department specializes in multiple trade disciplines, including plumbing, HVAC, general construction, and fire safety services.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Assess and prioritize incoming emergency and non-emergency maintenance requests based on urgency, providing trouble-shooting tips to prevent damage to client property.
- Proactively address problems and suggest solutions to clients and ensure all necessary information has been provided by client prior to dispatching
- Communicate directly with property managers, unit owners and tenants to schedule repairs, preventative maintenance, and other projects required to keep the company’s physical assets running smoothly and within budget.
- Responsible for a variety of administrative tasks related to work orders and client communication for sending proper notices.
- Support field staff by planning/scheduling work orders, and facilitating communication between field and client base. Provide understanding to clients as to what maintenance issues are occurring, and how they should be addressed
- Provide weekly reports to upper management
- Review work order notes to ensure all tasks were completed properly
- Record all job-related communication/updates in respective CMM softwares for client-facing updates in a timely manner
- Identify potential for additional work based on technician feedback
Qualifications
- High School or GED, B.S. Degree or equivalent preferred
- 2+ years of experience in maintenance-related supervisory role or dispatching
- Strong working knowledge of maintenance tasks and trade work
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, communication/customer service, negotiating skills for handling clients.
- Must have excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task several projects at one time
- CMM Softwares (Zendesk, Housecall Pro), G-Suite experience
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Valid driver’s license and reliable form of transportation
Compensation/Benefits
- Pay: $65,000.00/year
