Job Description:
The Assembly Technician assembles audio, video, lighting and security systems while adhering to safety and quality standards. The Assembly Technician is responsible for harnessing racks patchbays and consoles; testing and troubleshooting equipment; ensuring Ford’s quality standards are upheld; and maintaining a safe, secure and clean work area.
Qualifications:
· Knowledge and use of basic hand and power tools
· Ability to solder and crimp connectors (XLR, RJ45, TRS, BNC, and F-CONN)
· Experience testing and troubleshooting cables and connections
· Experience with audio, video, lighting and/or security equipment preferred
· Degree in Electronics or Technology preferred
