Certified Nursing Assistant

Hope of Solace Home Care Agency is actively looking for compassionate and dedicated CNAs and PCAs to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. Our agency specializes in providing essential non-medical in-home care services, including companionship, respite care, meal preparation, medication reminders, and assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, companion, or sitter with our agency, you will play a crucial role in caring for and monitoring our patients in the comfort of their own homes, ensuring their safety and overall well-being. Your duties and responsibilities will be tailored to meet the individual needs of each patient, promoting personalized and attentive care.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Friendly Conduct & Companionship

- Medication Reminders/ Assisting with ADL's & Personal Care

- Assistance with shopping and errands

EDUCATION, TRAINING, OR EXPERIENCE

* High School Diploma or GED

* Minimum of 6 months experience in the healthcare field

* Valid certification as a CNA or PCA

* Ability to effectively communicate and interact with patients and their families

* Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR

* Ability to follow directions and work independently

* Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

* Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

* Willingness to continuously learn and improve skills
