On behalf of our client, we are currently looking for several employees (m/f/d) for the position of Junior Technician (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- IMAC services in the personal systems environment as well as IMAC services
- Hardware installation and physical connection
- Upgrading and customizing IT devices
- Basic hardware repairs and troubleshooting
- Installation and relocation of equipment
- Maintenance of checklists and recording of asset data
- Call acceptance in 1st level support using documented, standardized solutions
REQUIREMENTS
- Completed training or practical experience in the IT industry
- Experience in customer support
- Hardware and software knowledge (cabling)
- Familiarity with smartphones (iPhone) for basic inquiries
- Good knowledge of German
- Driver's license class B
