Job Description:
Our company is seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, electrical systems, and all other facilities equipment.
Primary Responsibilities:
-Perform preventative maintenance and repair of HVAC systems
-Perform preventative maintenance and repair of electrical systems and generators.
-Perform preventative maintenance and repair of all facility's equipment
-Perform monthly inspections on all production equipment and replacement parts
-Drive to multiple buildings during shift
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in Facilities Maintenance
-Experience with HVAC systems, electrical systems, and generators
-Ability to troubleshoot and repair building infrastructure systems
-Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure preventative measures are satisfying safety standards
-Ability to work independently and with a team
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Valid driver's license
