About The Position
Join our team at a Tier #1 Automotive Supplier in Novi for full-time, permanent roles with ample opportunities for growth. As an Assembly Operator, you'll work in a clean, air-conditioned environment, assembling transmissions using hand tools while wearing a lab coat.
No prior experience required - comprehensive training provided!
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the production of high-quality parts, striving for ZERO Defects.
- Monitor material levels within your work area.
- Inspect finished parts according to operator instruction sheets and control plans.
- Promptly report any issues to the Shift Lead.
- Maintain accurate records by logging necessary information into a designated logbook.
- Keep your work area orderly and clean, including picking up parts from the floor.
- Adhere strictly to all safety standards and procedures.
- Support the training of new team members.
- Perform additional tasks as requested.
