Position Summary:
Facilitates the safe and efficient performance of surgical procedures. Responsible for the use and general maintenance of the DaVinci robot.
Reports to: Manager
FLSA: Non-exempt

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Minimum Qualifications:
Certified Surgical Technology Program
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Certifications:
Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (BLS-HCP)
Successfully Completed DaVinci Coordinator Course Training (within 6 months)
External - 3 years as a Surgical Technician and service line sign off within 1 year.
Internal - 1 years as a Surgical Technician and service line sign off.
