Assembly Operator

Join us as a Temporary Assembly Operator in our Hanover Park, IL facility.

You will be assembling filter cartridges manually and machines that help with the assembly process and packaging them.

Pay rate:

• The hourly pay for this role is: $17.50 plus an 8% shift differential for 3rd shift.

More details about the opportunity:

• Performing assembly operations to assemble filter cartridges that includes manual assembly and any machines used during the assembly process.
• Assembly or plastic components for the cartridges by loading the parts into the machine and unloading them and applying glue to some components,
• Quality checks, applying labels and packaging up the finished product.
• You will rotate positions for the assembly process every hour.
• Requires you to stand for your entire 8-hour shift and have the ability up to 35 lbs.

Position hours/shifts (Overtime Available!):

• 3rd shift, 10pm to 6am, Monday through Friday

Physical Requirements:

Physical requirements are standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 50lbs. Steel toed shoes are required on the distribution floor.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Overnight shift
• Overtime
