Duties
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing calendars
- Assist with project coordination, including organizing and maintaining project files and documentation
- Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretions
Requirements
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist or front desk assistant is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proactive problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
