Job Description
We're looking for an enthusiastic Art Directorto join our Performance Creative team, working with our financial services client. As an Art Director, you will contribute to the development of creative for digital design, display, social and websites.
You have a passion for design, understand a creative brief and are not afraid to bring your own ideas and creativity to the table.
You understand digital marketing and knack for designing across multiple digital mediums. You are motivated by what resonates with consumers and what makes them act, use these principles and apply this to creative design.
You understand iterative testing and optimization and how it amplifies designs and templates to meet these needs. You will concept and design email campaigns, web design, social posts and banner ads. You will report to an ACD of Design and a Group Creative Director.
Responsibilities:
- Concept and design visual solutions for display banners, social, and website landing pages.
- Translate ranslate wireframes into high-fidelity mockups with attention to interaction design whilst following style and brand guidelines.
- Extend visual systems/brand guidelines across all media, including taking the product's mission, user research and analytics data and translate into engaging design solutions.
- Knowledge of both Social and UX best practices, including user research and accessibility across mobile and web.
- Understand creative briefs and apply to digital creative, while ensuring it meets strategic objectives.
- Compile presentation decks for internal/external reviews and present to both internal and client-facing project reviews.
Qualifications
- Experience in advertising, graphic design or similar
- 3+ years of digital design experience at an Agency or Client side; experienced with social media campaigns
- Art direction experience with high taste level and great aesthetic.
- Proficiency in design, digital, video, social and beyond-campaign integration across all channels.
- Produce results across all digital ad platforms
- Proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and XD) and Sketch. Skills in After Effects
- Experience in banner ad design, social and, web design.
- Experience with front-end development, including HTML, CSS and Javascript
- Experience with Dynamic Creative Optimization and other iterative software
- Mastery of composition techniques (multiple elements and interactive pieces) in producing final pieces.
Additional Information
The anticipated salary range for this position is $51,000-$83,750.
