Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Art Director, Creative Development, to join our award winning team for our global technology client. You will concept a variety of campaign deliverables including social posts, online video for social, TV and more. You will create brand level work, bespoke social content for the brand's multiple handles, reactive social content and conceptual brand work for technology decision makers. You will be paired with a Senior Copywriter. You will report to a Group Creative Director.
Accountabilities
Provide comping skills on multiple projects
Understand and find excitement in diverse media outlets, evolving technologies, and current trends
Develop creative solutions that live across all forms of media and reflect a firm understanding of the communications objective, client nuances and timing/budget parameters
Collaborate with a partner on projects of any size, scope and style through to completion
You will concept and art direct against all deliverables, developing campaigns, comps, story boards and mockups across multiple projects, deliverables and clients simultaneously
Contribute work to pitches
Manage the daily progress of a project from start to finish
Collaborate with Producers, Designers, and Strategy Partners across the life span of the project
You appreciate the importance of strategy and create compelling, creative solutions that are on brief
Partner with Account teams to manage client and internal expectations
Rally, mentor and support junior associates to meet project goals on time, on budget and with an unforgiving eye on quality
Give and receive constructive feedback
Comfortable with production and post-production
Qualifications
4-7 years of experience in the creative advertising industry
A portfolio with social focused work and integrated campaign samples
Bachelors in Advertising, Marketing or related field
In lieu of degree, equivalent experience in a relevant field required
Experience with Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
Client facing presentation skills
Demonstrated creative success
Additional Information
The anticipated salary range for this position is $68,000-$110,400. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law A range of medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available.
