** Looking for an experienced ARF Administrator to assist in opening a new Adult Residential Facility (ARF) contracted by the Regional Center. A SUBSTANTIAL PAID BONUS OFFERED UPON OPENING OF FACILITY **

Great opportunity to earn extra income with minimal time dedicated. Required tasks would be to accompany company owners throughout the vendorization process. We are also offering payment for each in person interview. Other tasks would include becoming familiar with individualized program design, as well as being able to demonstrate the ability to perform the functions and duties required in Title 22 and 17 regulations.

Must have at least one (1) year paid experience in a Level-4 Facility as an ARF Administrator providing direct supervision and special services to persons with developmental disabilities. Must have an Administrator certificate issued by the California Department of Social Services.

Pre-requisites for the position include:

· High School or equivalent

· At least 21 years of age

· Active ARF Administrator Certification

· NLACRC RSO certificate (preferred)

· DSP I and DSP II certificates

· CPR/FA or CPI certification (preferred)

· Valid First Aid/CPR card

· Legal driver’s license

· Accessible fingerprints

· Live scan clearance

**Pay rate is negotiable.

Experience:

• ARF Administrator: 1 year (Required)

Pay: $24.03 - $26.32 per hour

Expected hours: 1 – 4 per week
