Position Summary:
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
- Manage field sales execution in local, regional and national customer accounts as assigned
- Lead and execute all sales priorities and initiatives
- Provide clear direction to the merchandising and sales teams
- Leverage the company’s training programs to ensure employees build their capabilities
- Coach a team and ensure a culture of learning and development exists
- Manage initiatives and achieve desired results to ensure high customer satisfaction that stays within budget and on schedule
- Build and maintain relationships with assigned accounts
- Serve as the connection with store level leadership and Field Operations
- Sell in and adhere to Customer Marketing Agreements (CMA)
- Provide feedback to the National Customer Teams to ensure alignment with CMA’s
- Provide feedback to Sales Leadership team on marketplace conditions, i.e., competitive landscape, channel plans, pricing, architecture, etc.
- Drive collaboration between Supply Chain and Field Sales Execution team including Sales and Direct Store Delivery (DSD) teams
- Serve as key enabler for Supply Chain initiatives i.e., supporting efficiencies in ordering and forecasting
- Execute and achieve all channel, package and pricing plans provided by the Commercial team
- Collaborate with distribution, warehouse and other functions as needed

- Bachelor’s degree and 6 plus years of Sales or related experience and 3 plus years of people leadership experience or HS Diploma/GED and 9 plus years of Sales or related experience and 4 plus years of people leadership experience
- Experience with Customer Marketing Agreements (CMA)
- Strong relationship building and collaboration skills with all levels of an organization

- Master’s degree
- Consumer packaged goods experience
- 4 plus years of Direct Store Delivery (DSD) experience
- 4 plus years of Beverage category experience
- Experience working within the Coca-Cola Bottler System
- Change management experience
