Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update physical and electronic records
- File documents in an organized manner
- Retrieve files as requested by staff or clients
- Transcribe information from various sources
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing
- Assist with data entry tasks
- Coordinate projects as assigned
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Records Clerk or in a similar role preferred
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
- Proficient in file management and organization
- Ability to transcribe information accurately and efficiently
- Strong clerical skills, including data entry and document handling
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
