Direct Report: Accounting Manager

Status: Hourly

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm

Job Duties

• Process payments including customer credit card payments

• Daily deposit and cash receipts

• Contact customers to collect on past due accounts
• Prepare invoices for monthly, quarterly and annual billing
• Master account billing
• Maintain Recurring Revenue and customer files in Sedona

• Process return items from customer payments

• Customer Accounts –RMR cancellations (Sedona) Add/Delete

• Maintain petty cash

• Back-up for all other office personnel

• Draft customer letters and communicate with Accounting Clerk regarding cancellations as a result of late to test due diligence

• Assist with Front Desk foot traffic (if no receptionist is on staff)

• Answering phone, filing, making copies, sending faxes, and Other projects as requested.

Required Skills

• Ability to type 40WPM

• Operate 10-key calculator

• Strong in Math

• Customer Service

• Computer – MS Word, Excel, Outlook

• Good written and verbal communication

• Attention to Detail

• Team Player

• Organization

Physical Requirements

Office Environment--Long periods of time sitting and working in front of a computer screen.
