Accounting Clerk - Part Time

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our accounting department as an Accounting Clerk.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data entry of financial transactions into QuickBooks.
• Processing invoices and payments accurately and in a timely manner.
• Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payments to employees.
• Generating and sending out invoices to customers in a timely manner.
• Reconciling bank statements and monitoring account balances.
• Assisting with month-end and year-end financial close processes.
• Assisting with audits and tax filings as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Providing administrative support to executive management as needed.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in accounting or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
• DCAA experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks Desktop.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
