Apprenticeship Partnerships & Outreach Coordinator

Salary Range: $57,000 - $67,000, commensurate with education & experience
Location: TCSG System Office
The position is open to all applicants who meet the minimum qualifications below.
The Partnerships & Outreach Coordinator is responsible for strengthening Apprenticeship Partnerships in the state by supporting training, event planning, and outreach activities for Apprentice Georgia, the state's apprenticeship expansion and promotion arm. This position will work under the direction of OWD's Assistant Director of Apprenticeships, and work alongside TCSG's training and communications teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan and execute Apprentice Georgia engagements, such as events and large meetings, with partners, businesses, colleges, and other stakeholders;
Serve as a liaison between the Apprenticeship Team and external partners to foster collaboration on apprenticeship expansion in Georgia;
Oversee apprenticeship-related marketing campaigns and projects (i.e. annual reports) with external vendors;
Plan and execute Apprentice Georgia trainings (in-person and virtual) with support of the apprenticeship team;
Support the development and maintenance of Apprentice Georgia co-brand, language, and overall presence;
Maintain annual apprenticeship outreach and event calendar;
Draft press releases, advisories, scripts, and other media-related content;
Develop informational materials, including blog posts, one-pagers, brochures, etc.;
Serve as the Apprenticeship Team liaison with the TCSG and OWD communications teams and related other internal stakeholders; and
Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Associate degree or higher required in a relevant field andThree (3) years of relevant work experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in a course of study related to the occupational field;
Graduate degree in a course of study related to the occupational field;
Knowledge and experience of the workforce development or economic development;
Experience with business, industry, and community engagement;
Experience with event management and planning;
Experience with vendor management;
Experience with public speaking;
Experience with project/program management;
