 Responsibilities - Auto BDC Appointment Setter:

• Work on-site in our beautiful dealership to call customers who declined auto service recommended for their vehicle from our inspection (MPI) and schedule appointments for that work to be completed.
• Exhibit ethical behavior, provide the highest degree of customer satisfaction, and be honest in all aspects of dealing with customers.
• Answer customer inquiries and calls 
• Manage all incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails.
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales forecasts.
• Work closely with service manager to develop appointment setting strategies.
• Schedule service appointments and reschedule no-show customers.
• Answer customer internet inquires by both email and phone.
• Manage day-to-day declined services. (Main Focus)
• Call all declined services (work with service manager)
   

Requirements - Auto BDC Appointment Setter:

• Automotive BDC or Service Advisor experience is preferred, CDK & X-Time experience preferred
• Excellent sales, communication and Customer Service skills
• Goal oriented and self-motivated to succeed!
• Able to manage a high volume of inbound and outbound service calls and internet leads
• Enthusiastic outgoing personality and able to influence customers to schedule appointments.
• Good computer skills
• Team participant and eager to improve
• Must be dependable and reliable
• Great with multi-tasking
