Are you a communication maestro with a knack for creating positive first impressions? Forum Health is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Appointment Setter to join our growing team. As an integral part of our sales force, you will play a pivotal role in initiating meaningful connections with potential patients, guiding them through the first steps on their journey toward optimal health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate outbound calls to prospective patients and engage in compelling conversations.
• Respond to incoming New Patient leads promptly and professionally.
• Qualify and nurture leads, creating a positive rapport with each interaction.
• Schedule appointments for potential patients by showcasing the value of Forum Health's services.
• Collaborate seamlessly with the sales team to optimize appointment conversion rates.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with potential clients.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with ambitious targets.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and a team player.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
