Position: Part-time Sales Development Representative (2 Positions Available)
Location: Addison, IL
Job Description:
- Conduct outbound prospecting to generate leads and set appointments for our sales team
- Utilize various channels such as phone calls, emails, and social media to engage potential customers
- Qualify leads through effective communication and active listening
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions in our CRM system
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads
- Stay informed about industry trends and product/service updates to effectively communicate with prospects
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not required
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with prospects
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed targets
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus
- Must have access to a computer and reliable internet connection
