Responsibilities:
- Generate appointments by making and recieving inbound and outbound hot calls to potential customers who are activly seeking dog training services
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target industries
- Utilize sales techniques to engage prospects and book consultations
- Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and appointments scheduled
Experience:
- Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to confidently make outbound calls and engage with potential customers
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
