Job Summary:
We are seeking an Appointment Generator to join our team. As an Appointment Generator, you will be responsible for outbound calling and business development to generate leads and schedule appointments. This role requires excellent communication skills, sales acumen, and the ability to effectively market our software solutions.

Duties:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate interest in our software solutions
- Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening
- Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in Salesforce or similar CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of leads and appointments
- Continuously update knowledge of our software products and industry trends to effectively communicate their value proposition

Skills:
- Proven experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting
- Strong business development and market research skills
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Technical sales experience is a plus
- Ability to effectively communicate complex software solutions to potential clients
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software
