Duties:
- Conduct warm calling to potential clients to generate interest in our products/services
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to engage prospects and schedule appointments
- Research and identify target markets to expand our customer base
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and appointments in Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of leads
- Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and overcome objections
- Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English (proficiency in Spanish is a plus)
- Proven experience in telemarketing or appointment setting
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to effectively market products/services and generate interest
- Familiarity with CRM software, preferably Salesforce
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
