Call Center Agent

The ideal candidate must be a team player and can work closely with medical staff to ensure a positive patient experience and commitment to results.

Job Summary:

• Answers incoming calls and responds to customer emails
• Calls to get customer's feedbacks regarding company's services
• Ability to handle multi-line phone system
• Exhibits strong knowledge of Total Med’s services and products
• Provide product and service information to customers
• Schedule patients for their services and treatments
• Ability to build value-based relationships, trust and gain the confidence of existing and potential patients
• Able to respond to practice-oriented questions and/or route calls accordingly
• Relies on clinical support staff to recommend appropriate treatment alternatives to a patient
• Other duties as requested

Education and Qualifications:

• 1-2 years’ experience in customer service, sales or technical support in a med spa, nutrition, health & wellness, fitness or supplement organization
• Strong organization, analysis and communication skills
• Ability to open conversations, answer questions and successfully set appointments
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
• Provides positive patient and colleagues interactions
• Ability to work in a fast-changing, team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

Hours: Full-time position (40 hours per week) Monday - Friday

Compensation: Hourly base pay plus a commission plan
