Schedule: Monday Friday, 9am 6pm
Job Description:
Will be playing a vital role in updating customer payment information and driving subscription enrollments for previous and returning customers. With up to 100 calls per day, you ll be playing a pivotal role by leaving voicemails and delivering exceptional customer service.
Job Duties:
Make Outbound Calls to existing customers to update payment information or enroll them in a subscription service, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer data
Conduct up to 100 calls per day, effectively managing call volumes and adhering to established productivity targets
Leave voicemails when necessary, delivering clear and concise messages to encourage callback or action from customers
Navigate computer screens and databases to access customer information, update records, and track outcomes
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Proven experience in Outbound Calling, customer service, or sales roles preferred
Ability to multitask while calling customers and navigating computer systems
40+ WPM
Task-Oriented
