ABOUT YOU:

Due to growth, we are looking for a highly motivated Applications Support Coordinator to join our construction team to provide software support for our construction software solutions and drive our success into the next decade. You will problem solve software issues, assist with implementations, and deliver training solutions.
A DAY IN THE LIFE:
- Provide software support for our construction management system (eCMS), project management processes (PMWeb), construction payment management(Textura), and other software
- Manage user accounts for our ERP, Project Management, CPM systems
- Manage support tickets for our ERP, Project Management, and CPM systems
- Maintain, monitor, and ensure the integration between software are seamless
- Create, update, and maintain instructional videos and training manuals to improve our business
- Interface with outside vendors to troubleshoot problems with software and provide work arounds until issues has been resolved
- Encourage user acceptance of new software through initial training and follow up end user training as needed
WHAT YOU BRING:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or another technical field
- 2+ years similar experience in first level technical support or end user software training.
- Strong computer skills
- Proven excellence in critical thinking, analytical, and problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrable experience in training people on software programs
- Able to work from our headquarters based next to the Irvine Spectrum
SALARY AND BENEFITS:
The salary range for this position is $64,480 - $75,241 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
