Application Support Technician

As a Master AV Technician and Systems Designer, you'll enhance the IVS customer experience by collaborating with various departments. Whether in the field or office, your role involves overseeing projects from start to finish, including walkthroughs, equipment installation, and technical training. In the office, you'll contribute to DSP-based audio solutions using Dante and BIAMP technology. Working in a dynamic team, you'll design innovative solutions for IVS customers, using AutoCAD and Visio to create comprehensive system documentation, including Logic Flow Diagrams, Wire Diagrams, and Floor Plan Mockup Diagrams.

In this role, you will be traveling nationally 70% of the time. While on the road, you will be working on low-voltage cabling, IP camera positioning and configuration, integration with customer networking infrastructure, analog and digital audio solution installation and configuration, DSP Implementation (running cable, terminating wires to equipment, programming) and project-focused customer communication

While in the office (25% of the time) you will be working on DSP-based digital audio solution design (BIAMP, Dante), design and model system solutions using AutoCAD & Visio, Remote Configuration and training and other technical projects.

Here are what you need minimally to qualify:

• AVIXA CTS/CTS-D Certification required
• 5 years of Audio Visual Installation experience (technology, Low voltage cabling, installation, customer service)
• Good working knowledge of Dante and BIAMP Protocol
• Experience with audio tuning, equalization, and DSP Programming
• Organized, proactive, and good communication skills
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record

Compensation

$62,4000-$82,000 annually plus bonus for each successfully completed installation
